At Lucky Scoop India, each order is a surprise-based product that is carefully curated and packed with love. Because of the nature of our products, we request customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

All Lucky Scoops are mystery / surprise products, therefore refunds or returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of items, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • An incorrect item (different from what was ordered)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. After verification, we will offer a replacement or suitable resolution.

Missing Items

If any item is missing from your scoop, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing proof. We will investigate and resolve the issue accordingly.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing the order, and cancellation will be considered only if the order has not been packed.
